How do I buy a gift card?

Our gift cards are available in $50, $75, and $100 amounts. Gift cards are delivered via email, contain no processing fees, never expire, and will come with redemption instructions. 

You are able to purchase a gift card like any other product, and can also send it as a gift to someone directly from Woof, with an included option to send a note, and choose the date that email sends so you can time it perfectly with Christmas morning! 

Please note that gift cards cannot be applied to automatic subscription refill orders.

How do I apply my gift card?

Your gift card code can be applied by inputting into the gift card section at checkout, shown in the screenshot below:

If you are already logged into your account when checking out, there will even be a button to auto-apply your gift card balance!

How can I check my gift card balance?

Your gift card code will be sent to your email, and the balance can be found in your Woof account if you'd like to check it, steps to do so below:
