How to update your payment method:
Follow these steps to change your payment information, including editing, adding or removing a payment method:
1. Log into your account here
2. Select "Manage subscription"
3. Along the right side of the page, click "Address & Payment Details" to update your payment method for all subscriptions. If you'd like to change the payment method just for your next upcoming order, you can click "edit payment method" shown on the bottom of the screenshot below:
4. From here, click "Manage Payment Methods" to update, remove, or add a payment method
5. From here, you can edit, add, or remove a payment method. Please note that if your payment method is connected to a 3rd party app such as Paypal, you will be directed to make updates within their system instead of your Woof account.
6. When you edit your payment method, you'll be sent a secure link to do so in your email to make sure your information is safe:
