How do I sign up for the referral program?
We're so glad you are interested in our referral program! It's a great way to spread the word to other dog owners in need of some enrichment time for their pup, and get some rewards at the same time! Here's how it works:

2. Share your personal link with friends for their next order
3. Get rewarded! $10 for you and $10 for your friend whenever they place an order using your personalized link. After they make their purchase, you will receive an email with your $10 discount code.
How do I use my credit?
To use your credit, input the discount code into the gift card/discount field at checkout. There is no limit on how many people you can refer, but please keep in mind that credits earned through the referral program will expire after 60 days.

1. Someone sent me their referral link. How do I get the discount?
All you have to do is click through the link that was sent to you and make your purchase of $25 or more on mywoof.com from there! The discount will be aut-applied at checkout. Please note that this discount will only apply to your first purchase with Woof.
2. Can I combine my referral credit with another promo code?
At the moment, referral credits cannot be combined with another offer or promotion. Thanks for your understanding!
3. Is there a minimum purchase amount to get the discount?
Yes, there is! As long as your order is over $25, the discount will apply to your order.
4. Are there any limited to the amount of people I can refer?
Nope! You are welcome to refer as many people as you like. We hope they like Woof as much as you do!
5. Where can I see how much I have in store credits from my referrals?
When someone uses your referral code, you will get an email notification to let you know how much has been added, as well as your current total. In between emails, this info can also be found by logging into your Woof account.
