Do you accept returns?

Absolutely! We accept returns with respect to the following conditions:

Pupsicles:

- Pupsicle must have been bought from our online store
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery

All other Woof goods:

- The item must have been bought from our online store
- The item hasn't been used/opened
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery

What is the return process?
After you fill out the form linked above to initiate a return and it has been reviewed, we will send over a return label for you to use to send back your item and will deduct the label cost from your refund amount. After receiving the package back at our warehouse, your refund/exchange/credit will be issued within 5-10 days.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return makes it back to our warehouse and is checked by our team, your refund, exchange, or credit will be issued within 5-10 business days of our services accepting your return.
