Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Absolutely! We accept returns and exchanges with respect to the following conditions:

Pupsicles:

- Pupsicle must have been bought from our online store
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery

All other Woof goods:

- The item must have been bought from our online store
- The item hasn't been used/opened
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery

What is the return process?
After you fill out the form linked above to initiate a return and it has been reviewed, you will receive a return label to use to send back your item and will deduct the label cost from your refund amount. After receiving the package back at our warehouse, your refund/exchange/credit will be issued within 5-10 days.

How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

Once your return makes it back to our warehouse and is checked by our team, your refund, exchange, or credit will be issued within 5-10 business days of our services accepting your return.


What if my products have been opened/used?

In good news, all Woof toys are covered by our 30 day satisfaction guarantee - This means that they can be returned for a one time replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, regardless of use!

If you have a consumable item that has been opened already, please be advised that these are not returnable.

How can I return or exchange a gift?
If you have some Woof products that were gifted to you and need to be returned/exchanged, please click here to get that process going! Please note that you will need the order number, and zip code from the shipping address. If you do not have the order number, simply click "Don't have your order information?" and you will be directed to a form with some additional questions so we can locate the order on our end.
