Woof Website vs 3rd Party Retailer - What's the difference?


We understand the confusion! The main difference is that all 3rd party retailers have their own ordering system and ship from their own warehouses, which means that we here at Woof don't have access to your order details or payment information, and therefore are unable to issue a refund on your order. Additionally, because your order came from another retailer, it will not be included in the Woof 30 day Satisfaction guarantee.

We recommend contacting the store that you bought your Pupsicle at first for any refunds or replacements, since it technically falls under their return policy. if you are in need of further assistance with your purchase after that point or the store is unable to assist you, please fill out the form linked here so we can help you out!

Please note that we are unable to provide a replacement without proof of purchase showing the date it was bought! Any assistance that Woof can provide will be in the form of store credit or a replacement. Thank you for your understanding. We are working to expand our warranty programs to all Woof purchases in the future!
