Adding an item to your subscription

When adding an item to your subscription, take care to check the date of delivery for the items you already have, and make them the same to save on shipping fees! Follow these steps to add a product to your subscription:

1. Log into your account here
2. Click on "Manage subscription" which will show you all your active subscriptions
3. To add an item, click "Add Product" near the top of the page and search or browse for the item you would like to add
4. Once you have found your selection, click "Select" to confirm your choice


Removing an item from your subscription

It's important to be able to customize your subscription box so it's just right for you and your pup. Follow these steps to remove a product from your subscription:

1. Log into your account here
2. Click on "Manage subscription" which will show you all your active subscriptions
3. Find the item listed that you would like to remove, and click "Manage subscription"
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and click "cancel subscription" to remove the current item from your subscription


Combining Subscription Items to ship on one date

When you have multiple subscriptions, it can be helpful to make sure they all send out on the same date. This helps with making your regular deliveries simpler and saves on unnecessary shipping costs. Please find the steps to combine items in your subscription below:

1. Log into your account here
2. Click on "Manage subscription" which will show you all your active subscriptions
3. Find the item listed whos shipping date you'd like to change, and click "Manage subscription"
4.  Click on the box on the left side of the page that says "Next charge date" and set the date to match your other subscription item's ship-out date. Click "Update next shipment date" to save
5.  Click on the box on the left side of the screen that says "Delivery schedule" and set your delivery schedule to match the subscription you are combining into. Click "Update" to save

Changing your subscribed items

If you are an active subscriber, you can also swap out one subscribed product for another via the instructions below:

1. Log into your account here
2. Click on "Manage Subscriptions" which will show you all of your current active subscriptions
3. Click on the subscription item you would like to update
4. On the left hand side of the page, select "Product". This will open up a pop-up menu that will allow you to update the quantity, size, or swap out one product for another (ex: chicken flavored pops instead of beef)
