What to do if your pops arrive broken or crumbly

Oh no! On rare occasions, we've seen pops that may crumble in transit, leaving you with a couple broken pops when you open the bag to give your furry friend a treat. We can't have that, so here's what to do if this happens to you:

1. Take a photo of the pops you received, as well as the expiration date and/or LOT number. This information will either be stamped on the back of the bag, or stickered to the bottom. Two examples of where that info will live shown below (your will usually have either a sticker, or a stamp):
