To cancel your order, please email [email protected] within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to stop it before it fulfills. Things move pretty fast at Woof! Make sure to include your order number and the email address you used to place the order, and please note that we are unable to cancel as quickly during non-business hours.

If your order is beyond the cancelation stage, you can submit a return/exchange request by filling out the form linked here. In this case we'll send over a return label to get your order back to us, and your refund will be issued once it's received back at Woof headquarters🫡
