Itemized Order Invoices

When you order a bundle from Woof, your order invoice my look slightly confusing. Due to the way our system is set up, you will see the bundle that your purchased, as well as an itemized list of the products in your bundle. 
This can look like a lot of items, but don't worry! Chances are that what you are seeing is exactly what you ordered. For example if you order the Starter Pack, you will see the following items noted in your invoice: 

- The Starter Pack x 1
- The Pupsicle x 1
- Pupsicle Pops x 1
- Treat Tray x 1

This is showing because the last three items are what is contained in the Start Pack Bundle. If you're concerned however that there is something amiss with your order, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to look into it for you!
