Woof Lifetime Warranty Program:

As a small team, we’re very proud of the work we’ve put in to the Pupsicle, Bullysafe, and bite n Brusg. We truly believe that these are the world’s best dog toys, so for customers that use them regularly we want them to last for life. Beyond our standard 30 day satisfaction guarantee, all Woof refill subscribers are entitled to our Lifetime Woof Warranty for their Pupsicle, Bullysafe, and/or bite n Brush. It’s our way of saying thank you to you (and your dog) for being part of our pack!

What is the Lifetime Warranty Fine Print?

In order to quality for the lifetime warranty, you must:

1.  Have bought your toy from the Woof website directly
2. Have an active subscription with Woof. Customers must have received a subscription shipment within the last 60 days of their warranty request to be considered active
3. Have not received a replacement in the past 90 days (Subscribers are eligible for up to 4 replacements per year)
4. Your toy must be unusable to qualify for a replacement (ie: Large chunks missing, or two halves that do not screw together)
5. The damage to the toy must not be man-made (ie: knife or scissor marks)

**One warranty is allowed per subscription

How do I know if I qualify for the Lifetime Warranty?
