My package is delayed in transit, what do I do? 

  • We're so sorry that you are experiencing a shipping delay! We know how hard it can be to wait when you don't know where your package is in its journey. To briefly explain the shipping process: 


    1. 1. You place your order 

    2. 2. Woof ships orders out within 1-2 days of the order being placed 


    3. Once your order is scanned as it leaves our facility, that's when your shipping timeline starts, so please include the 1-2 days of processing time when making your order. If your order is delayed while in transit, we would recommend contacting your shipping carrier first to figure out what's going on. Since they currently have your package, they will have the most up to date information and will be aware of any weather related delays. Please note that Woof does not have control over packages once they leave our warehouse.


 

When to contact Woof:

  1. 1. Before your order has shipped outIf you believe that your order contains incorrect information (name, address, what is included in the order), please contact Woof as soon as possible so we can try to make the necessary edits to your order! 


  2. 2. If your order has been stuck in the "Label Created" phase for more than 3 days: We've seen this happen when a package gets damaged or misplaced inside a carrier's sort facility. If this has happened to you, please contact [email protected] for assistance! 

  3. 3. If your order has been stuck in any transit phase for more than 4 days: While Woof is not responsible for packages while they're in the hands of the carrier, we still want to make sure you get your goodies as soon as possible! If you notice that your order has been delayed for more than 4 days, please reach out to let us know so we can assist!
