Woof Non-Subscriber Lifetime Warranty Program:
As a small team, we’re very proud of the work we’ve put in to the Pupsicle, Bullysafe, and bite n Brush. We truly believe that these are the world’s best dog toys, so for customers that use them regularly we want them to last for life. Beyond our standard 30 day satisfaction guarantee, all Woof toy purchases are entitled to our Lifetime Woof Warranty for their Pupsicle, Bullysafe, and/or bite n Brush. It’s our way of saying thank you to you (and your dog) for being part of our pack!
This program entitles you to one replacement per year for your Woof toy. If you subscribe to any refill products, you will automatically be upgraded to our Subscriber Lifetime warranty, which provides up to four replacements per toy per year!

What is the Non-Subscriber Lifetime Warranty Fine Print?
In order to qualify for the Non-Subscriber Lifetime warranty, you must:
1. Have purchased a Woof toy, either directly from our site, or with a receipt if purchased elsewhere.
2. Have not received a replacement since purchasing, or within the last 365 days if you have already received one replacement (Subscribers are eligible for up to 4 replacements per year).
3. Your toy must be unusable to qualify for a replacement (ie: Large chunks missing, or two halves that do not screw together)
4. The damage to the toy must not be man-made (ie: knife or scissor marks)
**One warranty is allowed per toy purchase
How do I know if I qualify for the Non-Subscriber Lifetime Warranty?
At this time the Non-Subscriber Lifetime Warranty Program is for anyone who bought a Woof toy, has not received a replacement more than 1 time per year, and who has a toy that is unusable.
