Where do you ship?

Due to restrictions on shipping treat products across borders, we currently ship only within the USA. We hope to expand to international pups in the future! To find a store near you, check out our Store Locator Map!


How fast do you ship?

We're eager to get your pup their Pupsicle! We ship Monday through Friday via USPS or UPS, generally within 24-48hrs of your order being placed.

Orders with standard shipping will arrive within 5-7 business days after leaving our facility in Denver, CO. Carrier delays can extend this timeframe - if your order is taking longer than expected to deliver, please contact the carrier for details. Please note that expedited orders must be placed before noon in order to be received the next business day. Depending on your location not all shipping modes will be available, but we've listed them all here for reference:

- Standard: 5-7 business days
- Priority Mail: 2-3 business days (USPS- specific option)
- UPS Ground: 1-3 business days
- Express: 1-2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 business day

Please note that the shipping times above do not include the 24-48hrs of processing time before shipping. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll try our best to track it down for you. Regarding lost packages, we will provide you with store credit or a replacement product in lieu of a refund.


How can I track my package?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email so you have all the details. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.


What orders qualify for free shipping?

Orders over $50 qualify for free domestic shipping. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days depending on the time of purchase, and typically arrive within 3-7 days (though carrier delays may occur).


What if I'm not home?

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the delivery method you choose.

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

Help, my tracking won't update!

Oh no! If you see a status of "Label Created" for more than 3 days on your order without another tracking update, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number so we can check on this for you :)
