How to update your current shipping address:
Life happens, people move! Please follow the steps below to update your shipping address:
1. Log into your account here
2. Select "Manage subscription"
3. Along the top of the screen, click "Shipping Addresses"
3. Click the address you would like to update
4. Make the necessary changes to update, and click "save"
* We recommend clicking into your subscriptions to make sure that each item is sending to the correct address after doing this process!
How to add a new shipping address to your subscription account:
Follow these steps to add a new shipping address:
1. Log into your account here
2. Select "Manage subscription"
3. Along the top of the screen, click "Shipping Addresses"
3. Click "Add address" and fill in the information for the new address
4. Click "Save"
* We recommend clicking into your subscriptions to make sure that each item is sending to the correct address after doing this process!
How to remove a shipping address from your account:
Follow these steps to remove a shipping address:
1. Log into your account here
2. Select "Manage subscription"
3. Along the top of the screen, click "Shipping Addresses"
3. Click on the address you would like to remove
4. Click "Delete"
* If your shipping address & payment method is connected to a 3rd party app such as Paypal, you will be directed to make updates within their system instead of your Woof account.
