How to update the quantity of an item or swap out one product for another in your subscription
Your Woof account gives you lots of options so you can customize to treat your pup exactly like the royalty they are! If you would like to change the quantity of an item in your current subscription or swap one item out for another of equal value, please follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account here
2. Click on "Manage subscription" which will show you all your active subscriptions
3. Click on the subscription item you would like to update
4. On the left-hand side of the page, select "Product". This will open up a pop-up menu that will allow you to update the quantity, size, or swap a one product for another (ex: chicken flavoring instead of beef)
