Woof 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Woof wants you and your pup to be happy with your purchase! We understand some dogs get the best of their new toys and manufacturing isn’t always perfect. If you aren’t happy with your Woof toy purchase, our 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee entitles you to a one-time refund or replacement, per toy (including: The Pupsicle, Bite n Brush, and Bullysafe) within 30 days of receiving your order. Woof Non-Subscriber Lifetime Warranty: As a small team, we’re very proud of the work we’ve put into the Pupsicle, Bullysafe & Bite n’ Brush. We truly believe they're the world’s best dog toys, so for customers that use them regularly we want them to last for life. Beyond our standard 30 day satisfaction guarantee, all Woof toy purchases are included in our lifetime warranty, which offers one replacement per year per toy! Please note that if you purchased at another retailer, we will require a receipt confirming your purchase in order to assist with your replacement, which can be submitted in your claim. This entitles you to up to four toy replacements per year, and offers one warranty for each active refill subscription. What if I bought my toy from a different retailer?
Thanks so much for your purchase! Woof wants to make sure that we are able to support all the same warranties, no matter where you found your Woof products. Please note that we will require proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt in order to honor our warranties/confirm your purchase, and that any reimbursement will be in the form of a replacement, as we do not have access to any payment information from orders made with other retailers.
