What warranties does Woof offer?

Pupsicle 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Woof wants you and your pup to be happy with your purchase! We understand some doggos get the best of their new toys and manufacturing isn’t always perfect. If you aren’t happy with your Pupsicle purchase, our 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee entitles you to a one-time refund or replacement, per Pupsicle. It really is that simple, easy, and hassle-free. Pupsicle Lifetime Warranty Program: As a small team, we’re very proud of the work we’ve put in to the Pupsicle. We truly believe it’s the world’s best dog toy, so for customers that use it regularly we want it to last for life. Beyond our standard 30 day satisfaction guarantee, all Pupsicle Pops subscribers are entitled to our Lifetime Woof Warranty for their Pupsicle. What if I bought my Pupsicle from a different retailer?

At this time, any orders placed with outside vendors and resellers are subject to their customer service policies. All refunds, returns, warranties, and replacements need to be directed to the reseller. WOOF will only honor purchases directly through mywoof.com.
