Where is my order?
After confirming your order, you should have received a separate email within 1-2 days containing your tracking number, and a link to track your order directly.
If you do not receive confirmation from Woof, or your order shows as "Label Created" for more than 2-3 days, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to check on your order for you!
If your order appears to be delayed in transit once it has shipped, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier (either UPS or USPS) first as they will have the most up to date information regarding delays and when you can expect your package. If you do not receive assistance after 2-3 days from the shipping carrier, please contact Woof for next steps regarding your order.
