Where is my order?
After confirming your order, you should have received a separate email within 1-2 days containing your tracking number, and a link to track your order directly.
Additionally, you can also check the tracking on your order by logging into your Woof account here.
Please note that if you have never logged in before and hare having some trouble getting into your account, heads up that you may need to click "Sign up here" in order to create a password and login for the first time. more info on how to do so can be found here.
If you do not receive confirmation from Woof, or your order shows as "Label Created" for more than 3 days, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to check on your order for you to make sure it's on the way!
If your order appears to be delayed in transit once it has shipped, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier (either UPS or USPS) first as they will have the most up to date information regarding delays and when you can expect your package. If you do not receive assistance after 2-3 days from the shipping carrier, please contact Woof for next steps regarding your order.
